1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at irobotix.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. After 12 Hours / Post-Processing

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.

In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

3. Custom Kits & Pre-Orders

Custom-built kits or pre-orders are non-cancellable once production begins, due to the bespoke nature of these items.

Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

4. Refund Timeline

If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
